Lumen Spark is a fast growing, privately held software development company based in Seattle, Washington. With a focus on ease-of-use and meticulous attention to detail, our goal is developing best-of-class productivity software.

Lumen Spark was founded in 2009 by Christoph Zelazowski. Prior to Lumen Spark, Christoph has spent the last 9 years working as Principal Software Development Engineer Lead at Microsoft, leading development teams in products such as Windows Live Mesh, Windows Live SkyDrive and Microsoft SQL Server. Before Microsoft, Christoph spent a year working as Computer Scientist at CERN in Switzerland, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, best known as the birthplace of the World Wide Web, and earlier, worked as Analyst at Accenture.

In his spare time, he enjoys learning new skills, traveling and staying active. Being a Commercial Rated Pilot and a Certified Multi-Engine Flight Instructor, Christoph spends his free time sharing his passion for airplanes by teaching others how to fly at Seattle Boeing Field, Galvin Flying Services.
