Sometimes you may want to group related categories together, either because you have more than a few categories and want an additional level of organization – or – because some categories are truly related.
For example – if you are tracking blood pressure, you may want to create two categories: Systolic Pressure, Diastolic Pressure and group them together. Or you want to group a few somewhat related categories, like in the example below where we have a “Health & Fitness” group.
To create a Group (Folder), follow the same steps as you did to create a new Category, except set the scroll wheel to Category Group (Folder). You can still give your group a title and a witty comment if you want.
Once the group is created, you can navigate to it and create new categories in it, or move existing ones to it, as shown below.
To move a Category to a different folder (or to the Main screen), tap on the Edit button and then tap on the round Move Folder button (see the left screenshot). This will bring up a list of possible folders to choose from.
To re-order categories, tap on the Edit button, then tap and hold the three-lined button located on the right and drag the category to the desired position.
To delete a category, either tap on the red delete button or swipe the row corresponding to the category that you would like to delete.
