Hi Ross, Numerical categories do not sync as notes with Google Docs by-design. You can however export those as spreadsheets. Categories that are either Lists of Notes or Checklists will synchronize as folders with notes. As to images - this is limitation that we are planning to address in the next update. […]

Some items are not syncing specially all items inside categories. Also images are not syncing, only notes. I've have other apps that sync both notes and images in Google Docs. […]
